Planning to host a conference or an event suitable enough to accommodate 50 people? Our “Standard” conference package combines the basic desired elements of an event set-up and audio-visual needs into a professional package for a flat rate of Rs.55,000 – 85,000.

Ideal for basic corporate meetings and small-scale event hosting, the package includes a ‘16 ft x 12 ft x 1.5 ft’ stage for the speaker to walk on, superior quality Hand Mics (2) and Collar Mic (1) for clarity of speech and audible communication. A pre-set high-quality podium with a goose mic, Projector (1) with an 8 ft x 6 ft screen, and a 16 ft x 10 ft flex backdrop with 2 LED parcans are also part of the package. Additionally, a T-stand (1) with 8 LED parcans completes the setup.
